◆Product features

1. Different screening accuracy: due to the equipped ultrasonic screening system, the screen surface has a high-frequency and low amplitude ultrasonic vibration wave while doing three-dimensional motion, so that the materials are suspended on the screen surface at low altitude, so as to increase the screening accuracy. The screening accuracy can reach more than 95%, while the screening accuracy of ordinary vibrating screen is generally about 60% – 70%;

Effectively solve the problem of screen blocking: the screen cleaning device of the ordinary vibrating screen is a bouncing ball, which can clean granular materials, but the screen cleaning effect is not obvious for precision powder materials or some special materials. Due to the existence of ultrasonic vibration wave, the ultrasonic vibrating screen can effectively clean the screen surface to achieve the purpose of no screen blocking;

3. Different output: due to the installation of ultrasonic screening system, the output of ultrasonic vibrating screen in screening powder, particle and slurry materials is 2-10 times that of ordinary vibrating screen.
